Shipping policy

Mamie's JuJu Products are handmade accordingly per customer and packaged by hand. Our goal is to aim for perfection when crafting our products. All orders require 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing before shipping. This means 3-5 business days after purchasing products excluding weekends and holidays. More than likely will ship sooner. orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us with any concerns at support@mamiesjuju.com

 

Please take your time to input your correct address Information during checkout. All orders with incorrect address information will be refunded minus the shipping cost. If your order was returned to us for any reason and you request for the package to be shipped to you again, you will be charged a $10 shipping fee.

 

UPDATE

Please understand that there may be shipping delays due to COVID-19 as per USPS. Products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. Mamie's JuJu does not take responsibility for this delay. Once packages are dropped off to the USPS any delays are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and will continue to keep you updated regarding your shipments.
