Our products are personal care goods. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is due to sanitary reasons. Items cannot be refunded, and we do not process cancellations or exchanges.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us with any concerns at support@mamiesjuju.com

 

Please take your time to input your correct address Information during checkout. All orders with incorrect address information will be refunded minus the shipping cost. If your order was returned to us for any reason and you request for the package to be shipped to you again, you will be charged a $10 shipping fee.

 

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered but the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If for any reason you believe your packages has been lost or stolen it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777
